For over a decade, we have trusted Raben and Kuehne+Nagel with our cedar swing sets.
A Kids Play set comes on a pallet to your kerb or gate. The driver won't carry it into the back garden, so have a helper or trolley ready.
When your order leaves us
We dispatch your order within 1 to 2 working days of payment.
How long delivery takes
It depends on your country: roughly 2 to 4, 5 to 7 or 10 to 14 working days. Remote areas and islands may take longer, and larger sets can arrive in more than one package, sometimes a day or two apart.

Your set leaves from our warehouse in Poland. If you'd rather collect it yourself or use your own courier, contact us and we'll send you the details.
Pickup options
You can collect your set from our warehouse or send a courier of your choice. Contact us first for the details, and we'll arrange it with you.
When your set arrives, check the boxes and note any visible damage on the delivery note. Report transit damage or parts missing from the factory packing as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days. We send the replacement parts free of charge.
