Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery Zones and Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from Poland. Our delivery estimates are shown in working days from dispatch and are calculated by delivery zones, which are assigned automatically based on your delivery country and carrier route.

Zone 1 (Nearby delivery) covers Poland and Lithuania and typically arrives in 2 to 4 working days.
Zone 2 (Standard distance delivery) covers most mainland EU destinations and typically arrives in 5 to 7 working days.
Zone 3 (Long distance delivery) covers the farthest EU routes, including southern regions and island destinations, and typically arrives in 10 to 14 working days.

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays, and remote areas or islands may take longer.

Nearby Delivery (Lithuania, Poland): 2 to 4 working days

Standard Distance Delivery (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Netherlands, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden): 5 to 7 working days

Long Distance Delivery (Bulgaria, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Spain): 10 to 14 working days

Remote areas and islands may take longer. Working days exclude weekends and holidays.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Woodlit.eu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Woodlit.eu is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
