Refund policy

We want you to be glad you bought from us. Most questions are solved quickly by our team, and a missing or damaged part is replaced without any need to send the set back. If you do want to return a set, here is exactly how it works.

Kids Play: our 60-Day Guarantee

If a Kids Play set is not the hit you hoped for, tell us within 60 days of delivery and we will arrange collection. Take the set apart and pack it into the original boxes, so please keep them until you are sure.

• We book and manage the collection. You do not have to find a carrier.
• A collection fee applies, as listed in the table below, so you always know the figure in advance.
• A 15% restocking fee applies. A returned set cannot be sold as new, so it is resold at a discount.
• The set must come back complete and in the original packaging. If it arrives damaged through partial disassembly or poor packing, the cost of the parts needed to make it new again is also deducted.
• The balance is refunded to your original payment method once the set reaches our warehouse and has been checked.

Your legal right to cancel, within 14 days

Separately from our guarantee, EU law gives you 14 days from delivery to change your mind for any reason. In that period there is no restocking fee, but you pay the direct cost of returning the set, which travels on a pallet and cannot be posted. Ask us and we book the collection for you at the fee in the table below and deduct it from your refund, or use a carrier of your own. To use this right, send us any clear statement that you are cancelling, by email, WhatsApp or the model form in our Terms of Service. Our 60-Day Guarantee sits on top of this right; it never replaces it.

Collection fee by country

These are the fees when we book the return collection for you, under the 60-Day Guarantee or the 14-day right. They cover a kerbside pallet collection through our carrier. The weight of each set is on its product page.

Up to 250 kg means, for example, Sunnydale, Atlantis, Montpelier, Mount Triumph and Cedar Cove. Over 250 kg means, for example, Skyfort, Skyfort II, Skyfort with Tube and Woodridge. Family Play playgrounds are quoted individually.

Family Play playgrounds

Family Play sets are supplied to order, with parts verified for your exact set, the EN 1176 certificate issued for your installation and assembly by our crew. The 60-Day Guarantee does not apply to them, but the 14-day cancellation right does. If you cancel before assembly, you pay only the return freight stated in your quote. If you cancel after our crew has assembled the set, the assembly and certification fees are not refunded, and we deduct the actual loss in value: an assembled and anchored set cannot be sold as new, so the deduction covers marked or damaged parts, taking the set apart and repacking, and the difference between the new price and its value as a used set. Please decide before the crew starts. If something is not right with a Family Play set, contact us and we will find a solution.

Damaged or missing parts

Check the boxes when they arrive and note any damage with the driver. Send us a photo of anything damaged or missing and we send the replacement part free of charge. There is no need to return the set for this.

Faulty goods

Nothing here affects your statutory rights. If a product is faulty you are entitled by law to a free remedy from us, for at least two years from delivery, and three years for customers in Spain. Our warranties are additional to that.
